What to do if Holland Other legs are locked and will not turn?

If the Holland landing gear legs are locked and won't turn, inspect the landing gear for any signs of impact damage. Disconnect the cross shaft and try cranking each leg separately to find out which one is damaged. You may need to replace the entire retract assembly or the damaged leg.
