What should I do if the abrasive paper strip on my Holzstar ZSM 405 Sander comes off?

  If the abrasive paper strip comes off the drum or is loose on your Holzstar Sander, it may be incorrectly wound on the drum; rewind the abrasive paper. A defective abrasive paper can also cause this, so wind on new abrasive paper. The drum slot may also be too large, so reduce the drum slot.

Why is the handwheel on my Holzstar ZSM 405 Sander difficult to turn?

  If the handwheel on your Holzstar Sander is difficult to turn, the screw of the handwheel might be too tight; loosen the screw slightly. Also, the threaded spindle could be dirty, so clean the threaded spindle.
