Savannah Kitchen Cart Main Assembly

Step 1: Support Removal

Remove the supports from Side Frames (B) and (C).

Step 2: Cam Lock Screw Insertion

Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes of Top, Side Frames, and Back Rail.

Step 3: Rail and Divider Assembly

Assemble Front Rail (E), Divider (D), and Back Rail (F) with Cam Locks and Bolts.

Step 4: Shelf Attachment

Attach Shelves (G) to the unit using Head Cap Bolts, Spring Washers, and Flat Washers.

Step 5: Side Frame C Attachment

Attach Side Frame (C) to the unit with Cam Locks, Bolts, Washers, and Flat Washers.

Step 6: Caster Installation

Attach the Casters (locking and non-locking) to the legs of the unit.

Step 7: Side Bar Installation

Turn the unit upright and attach Side Bars to the unit with Head Cap Bolts (short).

Step 8: Top and Drawer Placement

Place Top (A) onto the unit with Cam Locks and slide Drawers (H) into place.

Drawer (H) Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Drawer Panel Attachment

Attach drawer front (H1), back (H2) to side parts (H3, H4) using wood screws.

Step 2: Drawer Bottom Insertion

Slide drawer bottom (H5) into grooves in side parts (H3, H4) and align with front (H1).

Step 3: Drawer Bottom Securing

Insert short wood screws into the pre-drilled holes in drawer bottom (H5) and tighten.

Step 4: Pull Handle Assembly

Assemble the Pull Handle to the drawer front using machine screws.
