      To resolve functional limitations with your Homematic IP Home Automation system, include the IP address of your CCU3 into the exception list of your firewall or browser protection. Note that exceptions are made for the Windows firewall. This issue may arise due to your web browser settings or additional security tools installed on your PC, such as anti-virus software, a firewall, or browser-protection add-ons.
