Protect Hood Latch

Wrap a shop towel around the hood latch for protection during installation.

Disconnect Battery

Safely disconnect the negative battery terminal before proceeding.

Remove Passenger Dashboard Side Lid

Remove the passenger side lid by pulling the seal and lid away.

Remove Passenger Lower Panel

Detach the passenger side lower dashboard panel.

Remove Driver Dashboard Side Lid

Remove the driver side lid by pulling the seal and lid away.

Remove Driver Lower Cover and Sensor

Remove Center Upper Panel

Remove Center Lower Panel

Remove Lower Panel and Connectors

Remove Accessory Socket

Remove Accessory Socket Holder

Prepare USB Adapter

Remove USB adapter if vehicle is equipped with a USB connector.

Install USB Adapter

Install the USB adapter onto the new accessory socket holder.

Install Seat Heater Controls to CD Player

Install Accessory Socket Holder

Install Accessory Socket

Install Brackets

Install CD Player Unit

Mount the CD player unit into the dashboard.

Final Checks and Restoration

Verify wiring, reinstall panels, and restore system functions.
