Install Rear Support Steel Plates

Secure two steel support bars to the vehicle's chassis after flipping it upside down.

Install Rear Bumper and Gearbox

Attach the rear bumper and align the gearbox by inserting and tightening pivot bolts.

Install Rear Wheels

Mount rear wheels onto the axle, align drive coupling, and secure with nuts. Attach wheel caps.

Connect Front Steering Linkage

Connect the steering rod to the steering bracket and steering arm using provided bolts and nuts.

Install Front Wheels

Mount front wheels onto the axle, tighten nuts, and snap wheel caps into place.

Install Steering Wheel

Connect steering wheel cables, slide onto steering rod, and secure with bolt and nut.

Install Front Bumper

Align and attach the front bumper to the vehicle's chassis using screws.

Install Seat

Connect battery wire, insert seat buckle into main body slot, and secure the seat with screws.

Install Rear Roll Bar

Insert roll bar support into the roll bar, then attach the assembled roll bar to the main body.

Install Front Roll Bar and Net

Snap the front roll bar into the front hood and attach nets around pillars on front and rear roll bars.
