GOVERNOR ARM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the fuel tank (page 5-4).

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION:
Turn the throttle arm to a point where the groove of
throttle arm lines up with the governor rod, and
then lift the governor rod out of the hole of throttle
arm and unhook the throttle return spring.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
