2. Turn the remote control switch on the generator maintenance cover to
ON.
CAUTION: Be sure to turn the remote control switch to OFF when the
starting motor is operated by the engine switch on the generator
control panel with the remote control kit installed.
3. Flip the engine switch on the remote control switch box to ON.
