SERVICING YOUR HONDA TILLER
AIR FILTER INSPECTION
Remove the cover wing nut, then remove the air cleaner cover.
Remove the filter wing nut, then remove and separate the air filters.
Check the filter to be sure it is clean and in good condition. If the filter is dirty,
remove the filter and clean it as described on|page 34] Replace the filter if it
is damaged.
Reinstall the filters and air cleaner cover.
Operating the engine without an air filter, or with a damaged air filter, will allow
dirt to enter the engine, causing rapid engine wear. This type of damage is not
covered by the Distributor’s Limited Warranty.
