Reinstall the air filters.
Operating the engine without an air filter or with a damaged air filter
will allow dirt to enter the engine, causing rapid engine wear. This type
of damage is not covered by the
Distributor’s Limited Warranty.
Put the outer filter into the ribs
on the air cleaner case.
Replace the rubber seal if it is
damaged.
Make sure that the rubber seal
is set in the groove of the air
cleaner case.
Reinstall the air cleaner cover,
and tighten the air cleaner
cover screw.
