3) Push the neutral valve spool by transmission release lever.

Install the drive gear (PIN 23421-767-CSO) on the cross shaft as
shown, then rotate the cross shaft 10 turns in the direction shown
by the arrow.
TA transmission types
Install the drive pulley on the cross shaft as shown and rotate
the drive pulley 10 turns to the arrow direction.
5) Pull the neutral v81ve spool out and install the driven pulley on
the pump shaft.
Push the clutch arm to either the right or left direction by hand
until the clutch arm does not move.
Rotate the driven pulley 30 turns in the direction shown by the
arrow. Make sure that cross shaft is mavin~ when turning the
driven pulley.
NOTE:
·Rotate the driven pulley (pump shaft) counterclockwise (arrow
direction).
6) Install the hydrostatic transmission (P. 14~ 11 ), and then start
the
engine and move the snowblower for a few minutes on an
asphalt
or concrete~paved road.
NOTE:
• Abnormal sounds indicate insufficient air bleeding (steps 4
and 5).
In this case, move the snowblower for five or six minutes.
• Aher moving, check the hydrostatic transmission fluid level
and add the fluid if necess<iry. {P. 3~3).
