Decompression lever
It is located inboard of the left
handle grip and is operated by the
thumb. The lever ® is used to decom
press the cylinder to facilitate crank
ing of the engine for starting. It is
also used to stop the engine.
° Choke lever
Choke lever (5) is mounted on the
left side of the carburetor and is
raised to choke the carburetor when
starting is difficult in cold weather.
The engine can also be stopped by
the use of the choke.
