5.3 Removing procedure for foreign
objects inside
Turn off the engine, and remove the
attachment from the powerhead.
Insert the L-wrench [1] which comes
with the powerhead into the hole [2] of
the bottom housing.
Loosen the nut [3] by turning it
clockwise with the box wrench which
comes with the powerhead.
Loosen the screw [4] with the box
wrench which comes with
the powerhead.
Note
● The screw remains attached to the upper housing.
Remove the bottom housing [5] and fan
[6]. Then, remove the foreign objects.
Remove the fan [6], install the bottom
housing [5], and tighten the screw [4].
Insert the L-wrench [1] into the hole [2]
of the bottom housing.
Then, tighten the nut [3] by
turning it counterclockwise.
Remove the L-wrench [1], manually
turn the nut [3] to make sure it moves
smoothly.
