Install the lower post by digging a hole, adding stone, and setting concrete.
Attach the cross bar to the upper post and secure the post cap with a long eye bolt.
Insert and tighten short eyebolts into the cross bar and attach cross bar caps.
Place the upper assembly on the lower post and consider clothesline tension.
