Electric Pump Manual

1 IMPORTANT

● Power supply must be AC220-240V/50Hz.

● This is a high-volume low-pressure pump. It is intended to inflate/deflate

items, such as inflatable boat, air mattress, etc. This pump is not designed for

continuous use. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose it to rain,

please store indoors. When using the air pump, please rest for 5 minutes when

inflating with big adaptor in every 10 minutes, and rest 5 minutes when

inflating with small adaptor in every 5 minutes.

● For fast inflation and shorten the motor’s working time, always use the

suitable adapter according to the size of valve of inflatable item.

● To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury, use indoors only.

● This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This

plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the

outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to

install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

● Any other servicing should be performed by a qualified technician.

● The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and

knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning

use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

● Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the

appliance.

● Carefully follow the instructions on inflatable item when inflating. Never

exceed recommended pressure, otherwise, serious injury might be caused by

the bursting item.

● Never allow water and liquid to be touched by pump or plug when the pump

is working.

● Keep the air pump out of the reach of children and pull out the plug when the

pump is not working.

● Never look inside the inflation/deflation port toward your eyes when the

pump is working.

The pump features both an inflation port and a deflation port, allowing for versatile application. It comes with multiple adapters to suit different valve sizes, ensuring efficient operation.

General Usage:

- When inflating with a large adapter, rest for 5 minutes every 10 minutes of operation.
- When inflating with a small adapter, rest for 5 minutes every 5 minutes of operation.
Adapter Selection: For fast inflation and to minimize motor working time, users should always select the appropriate adapter based on the size of the inflatable item's valve.
No Obstructions: The valve of the inflatable item should not be obstructed during inflation or deflation, as this could lead to overheating and damage to the pump.
Safety Precautions:
- Never allow water or liquid to come into contact with the pump or plug while it is operating.
- Keep the air pump out of reach of children.
- Unplug the pump when it is not in use.
- Never look directly into the inflation/deflation port towards your eyes when the pump is working.
- Never attempt to insert hands or fingers into the inflation/deflation port.
- Do not use or store the pump and plug in wet conditions.
- Ensure no sand, small rocks, or similar debris are sucked into the inflation/deflation port during use.
- Never leave the pump unattended while it is in use.
- Do not exceed the recommended pressure for inflatable items, as this can cause serious injury due to bursting.

Inflation Process:

Connect Power: Plug the electric plug into a 220-240V AC socket.
Attach Adapter: Connect the appropriate adapter to the inflation port.
Position Pump: Hold the pump against the valve of the inflatable item.
Start Inflation: Turn on the pump using the switch (symbol "—" for ON, "O" for OFF).
Large Items: For large items like inflatable boats or king-size air mattresses, the pump should be connected directly to the item's valve for rapid inflation.
Small Items: For smaller valves, such as those on single-size air mattresses, use the corresponding adapter.
Avoid Deflation Port: Never use the deflation port when inflating an item.

Deflation Process:

Open Valve: Open the valve of the inflatable item.
Attach Adapter: Connect the appropriate adapter to the deflation port.
Insert Adapter: Insert the adapter into the valve of the inflatable item.
Start Deflation: Turn on the pump using the switch (symbol "—" for ON, "O" for OFF).
Small Valves: For small valves on inflatable items, the valve flap can be pinched with fingers to open it and allow air to escape.
Screw Valves: For items with screw valves, unscrew the safety bolt to allow direct deflation with the pump. For complete deflation, remove the top part of the safety bolt.

Maintenance Features

Servicing: Any servicing beyond basic operation should be performed by a qualified technician.
Cord Damage: The supply cord is not replaceable. If the cord is damaged, the appliance should be scrapped.
Storage: Store the pump indoors and away from rain when not in use.
Supervision: Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
