Place lower handle
section (straight tube) in
bail socket with open end
of cord storage hook down
and to rear. Push bolt
through opening and se-
cure with nut. Tighten
with coin or screw driver.

Join upper and lower
half of handle lining up
holes.
Place cord clip
around cord protector. In-
sert bolt through cord clip
and, through both parts of
handle (small holes) and
secure with nut. Pull up
slack in cord and tighten
nut with coin or screw
driver.
