Questions and Answers

Why does my Hoover HWC 2335 compressor turn on and off frequently?
    • R
      Ricky GomezAug 2, 2025
The compressor might be turning on and off frequently because the room temperature is hotter than normal. Also, a large amount of warm wine might have been added to the wine cooler, the door may be opened too often or is not closed completely, the temperature control is not set correctly, the door gasket does not seal properly, or the wine cooler does not have the correct clearances.

Why is my Hoover HWC 2335 not cold enough?
    • T
      tonyakingAug 8, 2025
Your Hoover Wine Cooler might not be cold enough due to several reasons: the temperature control setting might need adjusting, the external environment may require a higher setting, the door is opened too often or is not closed completely, the door gasket does not seal properly, or the wine cooler does not have the correct clearances.

What to do if the light does not work in my Hoover HWC 2335?
    • J
      John GrahamAug 16, 2025
If the light in your Hoover Wine Cooler isn't working, the home circuit breaker or fuse may have tripped, the wine cooler could be unplugged, the LED light may have burned out, or the switch might be in the "OFF" position.

    kandradeAug 25, 2025
Why does my Hoover HWC 2335 Wine Cooler make so much noise?
    • J
      Jonathan Taylor DDSAug 25, 2025
The rattling noise may come from the flow of the refrigerant, which is normal. As each cycle ends, you may hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow of refrigerant. Contraction and expansion of the inside walls may cause popping and crackling noises. Also, check if the wine cooler is level, the doors were reversed and not properly installed, the gasket is dirty or the shelves are out of position.
