Why won't my Hoover WindTunnel Self-Propelled WindTunnel Bagless with Powered Hand Tool pick up dirt?

If your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up dirt, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the brush roll is in the ON position. Check if the dirt cup is full and empty it if necessary. An incorrect carpet height setting can also impact pickup, so adjust the nozzle control knob to a lower setting. Additionally, a blockage in the air flow passage may be the culprit, so clear any obstructions. Finally, a clogged HEPA cartridge filter or pre-filter can reduce suction; clean these filters as described in the “Filter assembly” section. Also, position dirt cup properly and lock latch and ensure that dirt cup lid is properly positioned.
