Try removing the Ice Container, wait a few minutes, and then replace it before restarting the machine. * There could be ice blocking the sensor. Clean the Ice Container and restart the unit. Note: if the Ice Full Indicator remains on, the unit may need replacement. * The sensor might be defective. In this case, contact Customer Service.

  If the Low Water Indicator is on even when the Water Tank is full, there are a couple of potential causes: * The sensor may be broken. Please contact Customer Service. * The water conductivity might be low. In this case, try adding a small amount of salt to the water.
