HUB INSTALLATION PROBLEMS.
The hub and telephone must have a 2.4 GHz wifi during installation.
Is your wifi dualband (2.4GHz and 5GHz) with 2 dierent wifi names (SSID)?
Connect phone to 2.4 GHz wifi.
IS YOUR WIFI DUALBAND (2.4GHZ AND 5GHZ) WITH THE SAME WIFI NAME (SSID)?
You can test dierent options during hub installation.
Option 1. Use Direct Mode in the app for hub installation. In Direct mode, the hub creates a temporary wifi,
ESP_XXX, for direct connection to the telephone to install the hub.
Option 2. Temporarily turn o 5 GHz in the Internet router.
Have hub, telephone and router close to 1-2m. After installation, you can move the hub to the correct loca-
tion.
After installation, both frequencies, 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi, may be available.

IMPORTANT
Smoke, heat and water alarms will always alert to mobile and hub, so for these you do not need to set a
scenario for alarms.
Alarms also has the function ”Alarms one everyone alarms” even if the hub would be without power.
