What to do if the Howden HJA8501 programme cannot be started?

If your Howden Washer program won't start, it might be in self-protection mode due to a supply issue like voltage or water pressure. To fix this, press and hold the Start / Pause / Cancel button for 3 seconds to reset the machine. Also, ensure the door is fully closed, the pump filter is completely closed and not clogged, the water inlet filter is clean, and the inlet water taps are fully open. Check that the water inlet hose isn't bent or the drain hose isn't clogged or twisted. Remove the transportation safety bolts.
