i. If the LED 7-6-1-0 combination is lighted, one of the
parity-bit RAM chjps has failed. Replace both parity-bit RAM

successful completion of the self test), run DSM for more

k. If any othE·r combination of lighted LEDs (ncit already covered
in steps f through j) is being displayed as a result of your
h;;ving pressed the REST'Ahi' switch in step d, replace both INP
PCA boards (part no. 30010-600Cl and 30010-60002). (See
paragraph 5-18, "Replacement of the PCA Boards".)
NOTE
When sending PCA boards to the factory for
replacement, refer to paragraph 5-19,
"Resh]pment InE.tructions". Include in the
package your noted observations from step b;
they may be helpful during factory-level
troubleshooting. Also, if a 5-0 or 3-0 LED
pa.ttern was observed in step b, an !NP dump
file may have been created in PUB.SYS
(labeled INPLOGn~ , where nn is in the range
fr cm 0 0 to 9 9 ) • I f they can b e 1 o ca te d ,
these INPIOG files should also be included
in the package with the defective equipment.
