Sweep Mode
Description
The HP 4284A has a List Sweep measurement function which
permits up to 10 test frequencies, oscillator levels, or DC bias points
to b e automatically measured. There are twosweep mo des for the
list sweep measurements: sequential (SEQ) mo de and step (STEP)
mo de. In the case of the sequential mo de, when the HP 4284A is
triggered once, the device is automatically measured at all sw
eep
points. In the case of the step mo de, the sw
eep p oint is incremented
each time the HP 4284A is triggered.
