Standard Operation Status Event Register
The standard op eration status event register consists of 16-bit
registers, and eachevent bit in the event register corresp onds to
a condition bit in the standard op eration status condition register.
Eachevent bit is set to \1" when its corresp onding bit in the
condition register makes a \1" to \0" transition only, a negative
transition lter is used.

When you read the contents of the operation status event register
using the
STATus:OPERation:EVENt?
query, the op eration status
event register is cleared, and bit 7 of the status b
yte is set to \0".
