Subsystem
The FREQuency command sets the oscillator frequency. The
FREQuency? query returns the current test frequency setting.
Command Syntax

Where,
< value > is the NR1, NR2, or NR3 format
MIN Sets to the minimum value (20 Hz)
MAX Sets to the maximum value (1 MHz)
Note
A sux multiplier and a sux unit, HZ (hertz), can b e used with this
command. Either MAHZ and MHZ can b e used as the sux multiplier
for MHz (1E6 Hz).
