FUNCTION SETTING
To set the correction function or to obtain the correction data, use
the following summary of the correction function setting elds with
their HP-IB commands (given in the short form). (A) through (F)
shown in the gure corresp ond to the description of each eld.

(A) OPEN ON CORR:OPEN:STATON :Performs OPEN correction using OPEN
data or FREQ1/2/3 OPEN data.
OFF CORR:OPEN:STAT OFF : Not p erform OPEN correction.

(B) SHORT ON CORR:SHOR:STATON :Performs SHORT correction using
SHORT data or FREQ1/2/3 SHORT data.

MEAS CORR:SHOR : Obtains SHORTinterpolation SHORT
data.
(C) LOAD ON CORR:LOAD:STATON :Performs LOAD correction using
