Connect
the
leads
to
the
sensing
terminals
+5
and
-5
on
the
rear
of
the
instrument.
At
the
load. attach
these
leads
across
the
load.
Remove
the
shorting
link
between
(-)
and
(-5)
and
(+)
and
(+5).
CAUTION
Do
not
operate
the
instrument
with
the
sensing
leads
open.
Be
sure
to
observe
polarity
when
making
these
connections.
Wrong
connections
may
damage
the
supply.
If
the
instrument
is
operated
in this manner,
the
maximum
output
current
decreases
at
a
rate
of
approximately
8%
per
every
100
MQ
of
resistance
in
the
minus
load
lead.
