7 Problem solve
To use the information in this chapter, you should have a basic understanding of the HP LaserJet printing

processes unless you understand the function of each product component.
NOTE: To perform diagnostic and configuration procedures (for example resetting page counts) for
the HP Color LaserJet CP1210, you must install the CP1210 Service Config Utility (available at your HP
authorized repair center).
