10. Connect the data cable to the system board.
11. Connect the power and data cables to the rear of the optical drive.

12. Slide the drive and drive cage all the way back into the chassis
until the drive cage locks into position.

The drive automatically locks in the drive cage when the drive cage is
slid back.
13. Replace the computer cover.
The system automatically recognizes the drive and reconfigures the
computer.

CAUTION: When servicing the computer, ensure that cables are placed
in their proper locations during the reassembly process. Improper cable
placement can damage the computer.
