5. Disconnect the speaker cable (1) from the system board.
6. Release the ZIF connector (2) to which the TouchPad cable is connected, and then disconnect the
TouchPad cable (3) from the system board.

Remove the five Phillips PM2.0×6.0 screws that secure the top cover to the base enclosure.
8. Release the top cover (1) by lifting the rear edge until it disengages from the base enclosure.
