Installing a New Roll on the Printer
The animation sequence shows how to install a new roll of
paper on the printer.
CAUTION: Make sure the printer wheels are locked
(the brake lever on each wheel is pressed
Down) to prevent the printer from moving.
If you are a regular user of different types of roll paper, you
can change the paper quicker if you have more than one
spindle. This allows you to do the following:
1. Pre-load the different types of paper onto the spindles.
2. Remove and replace the spindle with the new type of
paper.
NOTE: Additional spindles are available from
Hewlett Packard as accessories.
