Removal and Installation
Trailing Cable (T1100/T1100ps/T610)
Removal
1. Remove the Left Cover on page 6-30.
2. Remove the
Right Cover on page 6-27.
3. Remove the
Front Panel on page 6-47.
4. Remove the
Top Cover on page 6-50.
5. Remove the
Window Position Sensor on
page 6-53.
6. Remove the
Ink Supply Tubes Support Rail
(T1100/T1100ps/T610) on page 6-55.
7. Loosen the T-10 uncapping screw
sufficiently so you can manually move the
Carriage Assembly in step 7.
If you are uncapping a 44 inch
printer, you will need to use either
a very long or very short
screwdriver to loosen the
uncapping screw. In this way, you
can loosen the screw and pass the
rewinder motor.
8. Push the Carriage Assembly into the print
path.
Switch off the printer and remove the power cable.
