7 Scroll to the "Upgrade Firmware" option using the Up and Down
arrow keys and press Enter.
8 The following message is displayed.
9 In the DesignJet System Maintenance Utility, select "Emergency"
from the "System" menu.
10 A warning is displayed. Select Next to choose the file containing the
Firmware or Cancel to return to the Main Screen.
11 Select the Firmware file and Open to start the upgrade.
NOTE Do NOT power off the Printer while receiving the code.
When the Printer starts receiving the Firmware Upgrade file, the
following message is displayed on the Front Panel, indicating the
percentage progress of the download. On completion the Printer will
reboot and start the initialization process.
