there is a problem with both the black or photo print cartridge and the tri-color
print cartridge
To solve the problem:
1. Remove the remaining print cartridge.
2. Re-insert the print cartridges.
If the problem persists, replace the black or photo print cartridge(s).

At some point, print quality will deteriorate. We recommend that you have a
replacement print cartridge available.
If you do not have a replacement available, you may remove the black print
cartridge and print in reserve mode using only the tri-color print cartridge.
The printer may print more slowly and colors may be altered when using only the
tri-color print cartridge.
