automatic two-sided printing problems

An unsupported paper type or size may be selected.
On the Page Setup, verify that a paper size or page size supported by the duplexer is
selected.

paper type supported by the duplexer

You may have chosen an incorrect paper orientation.
Mac OS 8.6, 9.x, and OS X Classic
On the Layout panel of the Print dialog box, verify that:
● The Book button is selected for binding along the side
● The Tablet button is selected for binding along the top
Mac OS X
On the Two-Sided Printing panel of the Print dialog box, verify that:
● The Book button is selected for binding along the side
● The Tablet button is selected for binding along the top
only one side of the page prints when the two-sided printing option is selected
Use the following solutions:
● Print the document using the manual two-sided printing feature.
