"There is a problem with the print cartridges" error message
appears on the computer screen
1. Open the printer's top cover to activate the Print Cartridge Status light.

2. Note the Print Cartridge Status light. Click the appropriate description below:
● Print Cartridge Status light is on
● Print Cartridge Status light is flashing
