9 I/O ERROR ON HOME TERMINAL
Cause An I/O error occurred at the home terminal. Undefined externals in the program file prevent
the operating system from opening or writing to the home terminal to display the undefined-externals

10 UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SYSTEM MONITOR PROCESS
