Macintosh partition
The HP LaserJet P1000 and P1500 Series printing-system software CD is divided into two partitions,
one for each of the following operating systems:

Windows
●
Macintosh
The HP LaserJet P1000 and P1500 Series printing-system software files for the Macintosh operating
system all reside in the Macintosh partition. The HP LaserJet Installer for Macintosh is at the root of the
Macintosh CD partition. The user manuals (in PDF format) are grouped by language and are on the
Windows CD partition.
CD versions
The software CD for the HP LaserJet P1000 and P1500 Series printer contains the files for installing
the printing-system software on the computer.
The HP LaserJet P1000 and P1500 Series printing-system software CD for Macintosh is available in
two versions, each of which contains printing-system documentation in various languages, as follows:
