The colour control panel displays up to four lines of text and animated graphics
simultaneously and provides complete, timely information about the printers and print jobs.
Innovative Show-Me-How features radically simplify conguration, troubleshooting, and
maintenance. Graphics illustrate paper jam locations and print cartridge and job status.
Menus give you access to printer functions and detailed information. The message and
prompt areas alert you to the states of the printers and tell you what action, if any, is
required.
Get one-button access to stored documents—the Folder button and numeric 10-key pad
allow users to easily enter their PIN and retrieve a list of secure stored jobs.

cartridges for frequent printing and replace them less often.
