Remove all tape and packing materials before starting the printer setup.
Install any optional accessories for the printer as instructed.
Connect the power cord and adapter, then turn the printer on.
Install the printhead, avoiding contact with copper contacts.

Load paper and wait for the printer to print auto-alignment pages.
