9. Remove the six Phillips PM2.5×7.0 screws (1) and the two Phillips PM2.0×4.0 screws (2) that secure
the top cover to the computer.
10. Lift the back edge of the top cover (1), and swing it up and forward until all edges of the top cover
are disengaged from the base enclosure.
11.
Release the ZIF connector to which the fingerprint reader board cable is attached and disconnect
the cable (2) from the connector.
