Why my HP Photosmart E327 Digital Camera does not turn on?

If your HP Digital Camera isn't turning on, the lens cover might not be fully open. Slide the lens cover until it clicks into place. Also, check your batteries. They might be dead, installed incorrectly, missing, or the wrong type. Try new or recharged batteries, making sure they're installed correctly. Avoid Alkaline batteries; Energizer Lithium AA or rechargeable NiMH AA batteries work best.
