I.R.I.S. Readiris Pro OCR
The included Readiris Pro OCR software has the power and accuracy to convert scanned office documents into
editable text and shareable digital files. Readiris Pro allows you to edit text from scanned files and easily save
scans as Microsoft Office, PDF, or HTML files. With Readiris Pro, you can quickly convert any document into
text, reproduce the original layout, and easily convert documents into different formats supported by
applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
NewSoft Presto! BizCard
You can easily manage important contacts by converting all of your business cards into digital scans and filing
them for easy reference using Presto! BizCard. The software creates a database of business cards from
professional contacts, using an accessible interface and advanced optical character recognition (OCR).
NewSoft Presto! BizCard sorts card information into 14 separate fields. You can search contacts by name,
company, mailing address, phone/fax number, email address, and more. A large memo field provides space
for miscellaneous information about the contact.
Simply scan your business cards and the software automatically saves the data and image for each card. The
software makes it easy to transfer scanned data directly to Microsoft
Outlook, Act!, Palm

The software automatically organizes all of your photos and videos and stores the entire collection in a photo
library. Intuitive icons make it easy to mark and retrieve images. Importing photos from a memory card or other
device to your computer is easy—click the Import Photos button and follow the onscreen instructions.
Quick editing tools
Photosmart Essential provides the most commonly used editing features. You can easily rotate, crop, flip, or
resize images. Enhance low-resolution photos with HP’s one-click fix, or convert color images to black and white
using a special effects tool.
