4. Remove any jammed pages from inside the ADF.
5. Remove any jammed pages from the ADF output tray.
6. If the jammed page still cannot be removed, follow these steps:
a. Open the scanner lid.
b. Push the green tab toward the scanner lid to open the inner ADF access door. If
the door does not open automatically, gently pry it open.
c. Gently pull the page out of the ADF.
