CUTTING KEYS FOR MEDECO

BIAXIAL - CODE CARD No. CSP3
ONE OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS MACHINE - is the ability to make cuts
on an angle. By pulling outward on the spring loaded angle index pin the cutter head
can be swiveled left or right. Be sure the index pin is re-locked into the cutter head
before operating machine.
•REQUIRED OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
An optional cutter and Jaw “C” are required to cut keys for commercial level Medeco
®
.
This cutter Part No. CW-1012 and No. MJ-1 “Jaw C” may be added at a later date.
Both parts are readily available from your HPC distributor.
Biaxial keys only require the CW-1012 cutter, not the MJ-1 “Jaw C”.
