  The motor might not be turning due to several reasons: * The battery may not be fully charged; in this case, charge the batteries. * The transmitter battery may be low; install a fully charged battery. * The motors may not be connected; check the connection between the ESC and the motor. * The motor may be damaged; replace the motor. * The receiver may not be bound to the Tx; consult the Radio manual and go through the bind procedure again. * The ESC may be in set-up mode; hold the model and move the throttle to the full position, then back down to idle.
