If your phone becomes unresponsive, remove the
battery, wait for three seconds, then reinsert the
battery and turn the phone on. Or back up your
important data and factory reset the phone.
To factory reset, press HOME > MENU, and then tap
Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
