3.Are there operations those bring loads to mobile phone? such as download, copy files in
the background.
4.Check if any third-party security software, antivirus software or other application are

5.If the internal storage space is full? If only hundreds M bytes left, recommended to use the
phone manager > phone accelerator to clean, or delete some large files manually.
6.Whether the poor quality, slow SD card are used? Advice: Unplug the SD card to see if the
situation can be improved? Or you should replace the SD card.

8.If it is networked application, please confirm the network status: you are using the mobile
