Attach lower elevator tubes (32) and counter balance spring (33) to backboard
support brackets (27) using spacers (26), bolt (29), and nut (31) as shown.
Rim mounting nuts and
bolts (48) supplied with rim
hardware.
DO NOT use washers (47)
here on spring return style
rims.
NOTE:
