pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These requirements are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential or office installation. The user is cautioned that changes and/or
modifications made to the equipment could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.

Humanscale Corporation declares under our sole responsibility that the Switch Mouse is in compliance
with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of applicable EC directives.
